Bipasha Basu says no to Salman Khan’s Dus ka Dum

Katrina Kaif may work with beau Salman’s rivals, but it is a big No No for Bipasha Basu. The bold beauty believes in supporting her live-in partner John Abraham through thick and thin. Bipasha has refused being a part of Salman’s TV show ‘Dus Ka Dum’ for John, who does not have a sound relation with Salman Khan.

Ajay Devgan and Fardeen Khan are all set to appear for this show hosted by Salman but Bipasha, the leading actress of an upcoming film staring thw other two will not be there.

Bipasha has no problems with Salman, but since her boyfriend does not go well with Salman, she has been avoiding any direct contact with the actor. It’s said that Bipasha is very professional. However, she is also one of those who will not wish to be in an awkward spot.

Farah Khan-Deepika Padukone on Dus Ka Dum

Farah Khan is all set to grace ‘Dus Ka Dum’ along with long-legged beauty Deepika Padukone. After choreographing a song for ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna’, Farah canned for an episode of ‘Dus Ka Dum.’

Farah said that she is participating for a cause and hopes to win a certain amount of money for her NGO ‘Sneha’ which works for the education of slum children, women empowerment.

Recently,there was news about Farah and Deepika’s sour relations, as the former was upset with Deepika for snapping all ties after the thumping success of ‘Om Shanti Om.’ But it seems that every thing is fine now.

Lara on Salman's Hit List

After Shah Rukh Khan, it seems Lara Dutta is now on Sallu's hit list. Sources reveal that there was obvious tension between the two on the sets of “10 Ka Dum” during the shooting of the grand finale.

Last week, Salman shot for the final episode of the first season along with guests such as Rani Mukerji, Anu Malik, Rakhi Sawant, Shakeel and Lara Dutta.

While Salman mingled with Rakhi and Rani and even entertained them with his one-liners, he didn't bother much about Lara. Even though Salman asked them both a common question, he was more interactive with Rani than Lara. He avoided Lara to the extent possible and she felt insulted and out of place.

The problem between Salman and Lara started when Kareena replaced her in Sohail Khan's home production “Main Aur Mrs Khanna”, starring Salman. Lara was in the running for the lead role of the film but she wasn't too happy with the way she was dropped from the movie.

Also, the fact that Lara is a part of SRK's “Billoo Barber” could have partly caused Sallu to avoid Lara. After all, at the moment, he detests anyone who has anything to do with SRK.

Salman gets relief from the Cops

Problem child Salman Khan has guests on his game show. No, for a change they weren’t celebrities. They were the lady cops who were invited to play the game with their favorite star.

The lady cops who were hobnobbing with Salman were all praises for him. And this time round, Salman was in a mood to play pranks. Apparently he told the cops, “For a change you guys have come to me without a warrant. I’m not used to it, you know.”

The actor also revealed that apart from his many trysts with the cops in the past, there is a connection that his family has with the cops. “My nanaji (maternal grandfather) is a retired DIG, Indore. So that’s the reason the police keeps coming to me all the time,” he said tongue-in-cheek

The lady cops who were posted in Gurgaon assured Salman that if ever he gets in a scuffle when he is up North, her husband, a cop, will make sure that he is out in minutes. “That is some relief, considering the rest of the Indian police are always gunning for me,” he retorted.

Akki after Sallu's Marriage!

Here's what happened when host Salman Khan invited Singh Is Kinng stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif on his show 10 Ka Dum. According to an insider, "The proceedings of the show went quite smoothly, given the history of cold vibes between Sallu and Akki. The combination of Katrina with her real life hero and reel life hero was quite lethal but ultimately it all went off well, minus a few hiccups."

The insider continues, "Sallu was his usual witty and sarcastic self. Akki took all the jibes in his stride and when he felt the time was right, he made a few of his own. At one point Akki asked the host, 'Why don't you want to get married to your beautiful girlfriend Kat?'

"Salman who has never admitted to his relationship with Kaif, didn't like this public outing. But Kumar didn't stop here. He went on to tell the host that he has a nice girl like Kat and he should treat her properly. Then he added the final blow by saying Kat was young and Sallu was getting old he should think hard about settling down as one shouldn't be alone at his age," said the source.

The eyewitness continues, "Sallu was clearly annoyed by Akshay's remarks but he surprisingly kept his cool. He got back by making cracks and jokes at the Khiladi's expense."

Katrina appeared shocked at Akshay's comments but didn't say much. Akshay won Rs 10 lakh and donated it to a charity of his choice.

Salman proves his Dedication

Whoever talks about Sallu’s unprofessional attitude should have been present at the shoot of his latest Dus Ka Dum episode!

All thanks to the rains and humid climate of Mumbai the superstar wasn’t feeling well and was suffering from a throat ache. Inspite of the production team telling him to take rest, the actor didn’t budge and went ahead and did the shoot.

“Salman was clearly unwell during the shooting of Dus Ka Dum the other day. He kept coughing even during the breaks of the shoot. Almost everybody suggested him to wait and take rest but he didn’t listen. He went on with his hosting but while playing the game show with one of the contestants, he couldn’t resist but blurt out his pain”, said one of the audience members.

“Salman said, "The tonsils are acting up. I should have gotten them removed when I was young. But then I did not because I had a cavity in the tooth and was afraid of having ice cream after the tonsils operation. Now the cavity has been taken care of but the tonsils remain and continue to trouble.”

“The contestant was amused and so was the audience. Only Salman is capable of doing something like this,” added our source.

Well, we don’t like our bad boy Salman for nothing after all!
