Ashley Olsen to quit fashion industry

Ashley Olsen has confessed that she wants to quit the fashion industry.

Ashley, who turned designer and heads women’s fashion collection ‘The Row’ with her twin sister Mary-Kate, revealed that she might return to her acting roots.

“In the fashion world, everyone is just really looking out for themselves. I don’t know if I’ll be designing this collection forever. A couple of years from now, I’m sure I’ll want to do something else, and I’m not going to shy away from that,” said Ashley

Mary Kate, Ashley Olsen receive fashion honour

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have been honoured with an inclusion into the Council of Fashion Designers of America. The fashion duo is among 31 designers who have been honored by the institute.

The twins have been chosen for their excellent contribution to fashion through their two labels—The Row and Elizabeth and James.

The pair will receive their accolade from CFDA president Diane von Furstenberg at a ceremony in New York in October.
