Leonardo DiCaprio's break-up with Bar Refaeli

Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly been telling pals he’s “single”, fuelling rumours the actor has parted ways with girlfriend Bar Refaeli.

Reports that the two had spilt emerged last month after Bar Refaeli allegedly grew tired of the Titanic star’s reluctance to commit.

The couple dismissed the reports by putting on a united front during a Los Angeles shopping spree just a few days later.

However, DiCaprio has again hinted he has split from the Israeli supermodel, by reportedly hitting the town in London claiming he was a single guy.

"There was a queue of ladies trying to get near Leonardo - he even had a special security guard with him, just to keep them at bay,” according to a source.

"Leonardo was telling people he was definitely single, but he wasn’t interested in any of the women trying to get his attention," the source added.

The poll was carried out by GreenDaily.com and Bebo.com, to mark Earth Day on Wednesday (22-Apr-09).

Talk show host Oprah Winfrey out-shined Angelina Jolie, Hayden Panettiere, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sir Paul MCCartney’s ex-wife Heather Mills to lead the female category.

Meanwhile, singer Mariah Carey has been named the least environmentally friendly star. John Travolta joined her on the hit list, after it was found that the qualified pilot generates 800 tons of carbon emissions each year flying around the world.

Lindsay Lohan eyeing on Leonardo DiCaprio

It seems like Lindsay Lohan has had enough of women, for she is now turning her attention to men, and the latest guy she’s eyeing is Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio.

The Mean Girls star, who has recently spilt with lover Sam Ronson, was spotted flirting with the Titanic actor before getting up to dance in front of him.

Lindsay spotted Leo at Hollywood hotspot My House on April 15, and indulged in cosy chat with the 34year-old star.

“As soon as Lindsay saw Leo she was like a bee to honey,” British tabloid The Sun quoted a source as saying.

The pair were cosied up together deep in conversation. She definitely tickled his fancy.

DiCaprio has earlier dated supermodels Helena Christensen and Gisele Bundchen, and he is currently going around with Israeli catwalk star Bar Rafaeli.

But if she fails to land DiCaprio as her leading man, Pinto has a back-up in mind. She adds, "I'd have to say Jack Nicholson. He's the one person I've been dying to meet and for some reason, I just haven't seen him anywhere.”

Will Smith earns most in Hollywood

Will Smith, the black actor who rose from the ranks of rappers to become a Hollywood superstar, is now officially the top-earning star in Tinseltown.

Smith, 39, earned $80 million in the past year to top the list of biggest earners, ahead of Johnny Depp, who earned $72 million.

The continued success of Smith's movies across various genres means he is the first actor ever to have eight films in a row to break the $100 million barrier at the box office.

Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers came in joint third with pay cheques totalling $55 million each, and Leonardo DiCaprio rounded out the top five with $45 million in earnings.

Action star Bruce Willis was next with $41 million, followed by comedian Ben Stiller with $40 million and Nicolas Cage with $31 million. Comedy stars Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler rounded out the top 10, with $31 million and $30 million respectively.
