Priyanka Chopra takes a break after 6 yrs

Having worked her way to the top slot after churning hits after hits, the fashion-able queen bee of Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra, has decided to take a much needed break from the filmdom rat race in a bid to calm her nerves. With several superhits in her kitty toped by the current blockbuster ‘Kaminey’, Priyanka is all geared up to jet set for a rejuvenating vacation after 6 yrs of toiling in B-town.

The sizzler, who is now secure of her strong standing in the industry, had been suffering form severe exhaustion and had even fuelled rumours of fainting on the sets. So much so was the actress under stress that she was even seen going in and out of hospital.

But now the actress has decided to refuel her energy tank as she told reporters, “I needed this holiday for a while. I am listening to my doctors, that is, my parents. I am very excited about the holiday.”

And her father, Dr Ashok Chopra is much too relieved for her daughter. Speaking to reporters he said, “My daughter has gone on a well-deserved break. I cannot disclose the location, but she has gone eastwards. My wife and I will join her after five or six days.”

As for her health her close pals state that the actress is doing much better now. “Priyanka’s health is better now and she is happy with the way ‘Kaminey’ has fared. She needed to be away from Mumbai. She had earlier been on a couple of short breaks, but for the first time in her six years in Bollywood, she will be gone for more than two weeks”, said the pal.

Worked out Priyanka suffers fourth blackout

Priyanka Chopra has been not in best of her health lately and seems to be over stressed out with the amount of work she is doing. The actress had a blackout on Thursday night when she was at a promotional event for her upcoming film ‘Kaminey’.

She came for Thursday’s event propped up by antibiotics but exhaustion took a toll. She stood tall at the media briefing only on sheer will power, but soon after, she went out of the exit corridor and collapsed..

This was the fourth time Priyanka had a health scare in recent times, and her ill health has now become a serious cause of worry for family and friends. But it seems that Priyanka is not willing to slow down as she continues to push her body beyond endurance to maintain her success.
The actress has been running high temperature for the last several days but refuses to slow down her crazy schedule. “I have been unwell and I am working through it,” says Priyanka about her health.

Shahid Kapur has eyes on newbie Anushka Sharma

Shahid Kapur has recently broke up with the dainty Priyanka Chopra but has has wasted no time thinking about yet another failed relationship. He is now romancing the newbie Anushka Sharma.

It is hard to say that he is carrying no grudges against Priyanka as Shahid is in no mood to share the publicity podium with Priyanka. Also Priyanka isn’t willing to reconcile. The producers of ‘Kaminey’ are also having a real tough time promoting the film.

And while his filmmakers are in a fix, Shahid is making merry with Anushka. The two are all set to do Yash Raj film’s next project and its here that they have taken a fancy for each other. The shoots for the film has just gone on the floors ten days ago and Shahid seems to be getting along extremely well with the leading lady Anushka Sharma.

Priyanka Chopra slams Kareena Kapoor

Priyanka Chopra seems to be angry with Kareena Kapoor’s recent comments against her and Shahid Kapur. At an event recently, Priyanka slammed Kareena’s statements about her relation with Shahid Kapoor. Kareena had earlier stated that Shahid-Priyanka relation is a publicty stunt for their upcoming flick-Kaminey.

Priyanka said, “Kaminey is directed by Vishal Bharadwaj and produced by an established film corporation, it has Shahid Kapoor in a double role, and me as an Maharashtrian woman. It definitely doesn’t need anyone else or anything else to get it publicity. Thank you, but no thank you!”

It seems that Priyanka-Kareena rivalry is rally heating up. One has to wait and watch who emerges the winner!

Shahid gets high on romance with Priyanka

After he broke off with his ex-girlfriend Kareena, Shahid Kapoor is now dating his newly found love Priyanka Chopra. He is seen with her every where. The actor recently booked the entire upper floor of a café to spend some quality time alone with Priyanka. They were spotted at a suburban café totally engrossed in each other.

For quite sometime now, their link up have been grabbing headlines. They are often spotted hanging out together since they have started working in ‘Kaminey’. Whenever Priyanka is with Shahid, he can be seen making all efforts to make her feel comfortable.

Well, it is really refreshing to see Shahid finally getting over his ever so popular link-up with Kareena Kapoor.

Harman Baweja bashes up Shahid Kapoor

Harman Baweja is thought to be a very calm guy but it was not so when the person in question was his ex-girlfriend Priyanka Chopra. Harman was keeping a low profile to hide his pain as the entire film industry took pleasure in discussing the Priyanka-Shahid love affair.

But he could not take it any more and on Tuesday evening barged onto the sets of his ex-ladylove’s latest flick-Kaminay to bash up Shahid Kapoor for obvious reasons.

Harman had a one on one with Shahid Kapur and also hurled abuses at Shahid. All this happened while Priyanka was getting dressed in her vanity van.

Priyanka ran out after hearing a commotion and ordered Harman to leave the sets immediately. Harman requested Priyanka to keep out of the matter. But Priyanka stood by beau Shahid and asked Harman to get lost and mind his own business.

A deeply saddened Harman left the scene immediately thereafter.

For all those who thought Harman had the guts to bash Shahid up, hang on.

Priyanka Chopra kisses Shahid Kapur in Kaminey

Priyanka Chopra shared a kiss with Akshay Kumar in her very first film, ‘Andaaz’. Then after she has been very picky about on-screen pecks. But the latest dope is that the sexy damsel has done a kissing scene in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Kaminey”. Priyanka plays a Maharashtrian mulgi in the movie.

It is reported that though Shahid Kapur and Priyanka Chopra have great on-screen chemistry, Priyanka wasn’t happy when director Vishal Bhardwaj informed her about the kissing scene. But since that scene forms an important part of the film, director Bhardwaj got Priyanka’s nod.

It can be recalled that Priyanka refused to kiss Harman in his debut movie ‘Love Story 2050’. Later, her kissing scene with Arjan Bajwa for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Fashion’ got Harman furious. But we are sure Priyanka’s lip lock with Shahid in Kaminey will not have Harman fuming any more. After all the two have split gracefully and have gone their own separate ways.
